- The baking house in Güglingen-Eibensbach was established in 1826. The oven was renovated in 1834, 1937, 1954 and 2016.
- It has a wood-fired oven which is heated up with brushwood and wood.

- 20 families bake on a regular basis – always on the last Saturday of each month, sometimes also on other weekends.
- Every year, on the last weekend in August, the Potato and Onion Tart Festival takes place, this year for the 36th Every year in mid-October, the Tarte Flambee Festival takes place, this year for the 3rd time. There is also a Christmas Market – every year on Saturday before the 1st Advent.
- During the children’s summer break programme, there are activities for children.
- Mostly bread and cake are baked.
