Ebhausen – Ebershart (D-72224)

  • The baking house of Ebhausen-Ebershart has been in use for more than 80 years.
  • It has 2 wood-fired ovens and – since 2017 – also two electric ovens.
  • The wood-fired ovens are heated up with bunches of brushwood.
  • Approx. 10 times a year, the wood-ovens are used for baking and the electric ovens approx. 15 times a year. Possibly there will be an increase in the use of the electronic oven.
  • Today, around 20 families and one seniors’ baking group use the baking house
  • Three mornings per week, the baking house is used as a shop for baking items from one bakery from the neighbouring village

Ebhausen - Ebershart (D-72224)

  • Das Backhaus des Ortsteils Ebhausen - Ebershart gibt es seit mehr als 80 Jahre.
  • Es hat 2 Holzbacköfen und seit 2017 auch zwei Elektrobacköfen.
  • Die Holzofen werden mit Reisigbüschel beheizt.
  • Mit Holz wird ca. 10 mal im Jahr mit Elektro 15 mal gebacken, möglicherweise wird bei Elektro noch eine Steigerung kommen.
  • Derzeit backen etwas 20 Familien. und eine Seniorenbackgruppe
  • Das Backhaus wird an drei Vormittagen auch als Verkaufsstelle für Backartikel eines Bäckers aus einem Nachbarort genutzt
