The very old baking house in Lindach has been existing since the year 1600. It is a public baking house, heated by brushwood and is used around ten times a year by four bakers. It is part of the town hall and bread and pizza is baked for the annual wine festival.

Das Lindacher Backhaus besteht seit 1600 als Teil des Rathauses. Vier Personen backen bis zu zehn mal pro Jahr, vor allem Pizza und Brot. Auch zum alljährlichen Straßenweinfest wird das Backhaus, das mit Holzbüschel befeuert wird, in Betrieb genommen.
