Blaubeuren-Erstetten (D-89143)

  • The baking house in Blaubeuren-Erstetten has been in use since 1876. The building application does still exist.
  • It has a wood-fired oven and an electric oven.
  • The wood-fired oven is used approx. 10 times per year, the electric oven around 200 times per year.
  • Approx. 30 people use the baking house.
  • Every other year in August, there is a fountain fair which is organized by the voluntary fire brigade and the village’s community. For this occasion, baking takes place at the baking house.
  • Bread, yeast pastries and cake are baked; every now and then suckling pig.

  • Das Backhaus in Blaubeuren-Erstetten gibt es seit 1876. Das Baugesuch ist noch vorhanden.
  • Es hat einen Holz- und einen Elektrobackofen.
  • Der Holzbackofen wird etwa 10 mal im Jahr, der Elektrobackofen rund 200 mal genutzt.
  • Etwa 30 Menschen nutzen das Backhaus
  • Alle zwei Jahre im August findet das Brunnenfest statt, das von der Feuerwehr und der Dorfgemeinschaft organisiert wird. Dabei wird im Backhaus gebacken.
  • Gebacken werden Brot, Platz und Kuchen Ab und zu kommt auch ein Spanferkel in den Ofen.
