Ammerbuch-Reusten (D-72119)

  • The baking house in the village Reusten was built in 1855, in the baking house there is a plate with 1848
  • The bakinghouse is owned by the local community

  • 30 years ago it was renovated
  • It has wo ovens
  • They are heated with wood – bundles of brushwood and small branches
  • One oven is big enough for 30 one and a half kilo loaves of bread

  • Once a month a family bakes 60 loaves of bread. They are sold and the money is for the local church
  • When the oven is less tempered 20 braided yeast buns (Hefezöpfe“) are baked
  • Later sometimes apples are dried
  • Once a year there are onion cakes available during a baking action from the local church

Ammerbuch-Reusten (D-72119)

  • Das Backhaus im Teilort Reusten wurde 1855 erbaut, im Backhaus ist eine Tafel mit 1848
  • Das Backhaus gehört der Gemeinde

  

  • Vor 30 Jahren wurde es saniert
  • Es hat zwei Backöfen
  • Diese werden mit Astholz und Reisigbüschel beheizt
  • In einen Ofen passen 30 Brote mit je 1,5 kg

  

  • Ein Mal im Monat bäckt eine Familie 60 Brote und verkauft diese zugunsten der Kirchengemeinde
  • Wenn der Ofen etwas abgekühlt ist, werden noch 20 Hefezöpfe gebacken
  • Und noch später werden auch Äpfel gedörrt
  • Ein Mal im Jahr gibt es Zwiebelkuchen bei einer Aktion der Kirchengemeinde
