- The baking house in the village Reusten was built in 1855, in the baking house there is a plate with 1848
- The bakinghouse is owned by the local community
- 30 years ago it was renovated
- It has wo ovens
- They are heated with wood – bundles of brushwood and small branches
- One oven is big enough for 30 one and a half kilo loaves of bread
- Once a month a family bakes 60 loaves of bread. They are sold and the money is for the local church
- When the oven is less tempered 20 braided yeast buns (Hefezöpfe“) are baked
- Later sometimes apples are dried
- Once a year there are onion cakes available during a baking action from the local church
