Aidlingen-Lehenweiler (D-71134)

  • The baking house in Lehenhausen (district of Aidlingen) has got a wood-fired oven and is heated up with bundles and logs of wood.
  • The baking house was built next to the washhouse in 1843 and still stands at the original spot – though it has been completely renovated
  • Only a few people use the baking house
  • There is baking for the public when the may pole is put up and for the village fair
  • Mainly bread, onion tart and pizza are baked

  • Das Backhaus im Ortsteil Lehenhausen von Aidlingen hat einen Holzbackofen und wird mit Holzbüschel und Holzscheiten beheizt.
  • Das Backhaus wurde 1843 an das bestehende Waschhaus angebaut und steht noch am ursprünglichen Platz - zwischenzeitlich natürlich umfassend renoviert.
  • Nur wenige Menschen nutzen das Backhaus.
  • Beim Maibaumstellen und Dorffest wird für die Öffentlichkeit gebacken.
  • Hauptsächlich werden Brot, Zwiebelkuchen und Pizza gebacken.
