The Bakery Museum in Mali Idjos

The Bakery Museum is situated in the village Mali Idjos, in Vojvodina. Serbia. The bakery from the early 1900’s is a part of the family’s inheritance. It provides an insight into the mystery of bread making, with old time tools and instruments used in the process of bread making from the turn of the previous century. In the museum are present several traditional baking oven, from 1930. People can use it for making bread or other baked goods. The baking of the ‘kürtőskalács’ (a deli specialty from Transylvania) is also presented here, and there is an opportunity for the guests to make the cake themselves. The museum was renovated in 2004, when everything was returned to its original state, collected all still existing tools and resources of this beautiful craft.

Pekarski muzej, Mali Idjos

Pekarski muzej sa početka prošlog veka (1900) je porodično nasledstvo, gde zainteresovani mogu da se upoznaju sa pekarskim zanatom i sa procesom nastajanja hleba. Muzej je renoviran 2004. godine kada je u pekari sve vraćeno u prvobitno stanje, sakupljeni su svi još postojeći alati i sredstva ovog lepog zanata. Zanimljivost pekarskog muzeja jeste da gosti u dogovoru sa domaćinom mogu sami napraviti ’kürtöskalács’ (kurtoškolač) što je slatki specijalitet.

Das Bäckermuseum in Mali Idjos

Das  Bäckermuseum aus der ersten Hälfte der letzten Jahrhundert (1900) ist eine Familienerbe. Besucher können mit allen, noch auffindbaren Werkzeugen des Berufes bekannt werden. Im Jahre 2004 wurde alles in den originellen, brauchbaren Zustand zurückgestetzt. Es wird  das Backen des sogennanten „kürtoskalács” (ein spezielles ungarisches Backwerk) gezeigt, bzw. Gäste können es selbst backen.

Pékmúzeum, Mali Idjos

A múlt század eleji Pékmúzeumunk egy családi örökség, ahol megismerkedhetnek a pékmesterség összes, még fellelhető eszközeivel, szerszámaival; a 2004-es felújításkor mindent használható és eredeti állapotába helyeztünk vissza. A kürtőskalács sütését is bemutatjuk, megbeszélés szerint a vendégek saját maguk is elkészíthetik és megsüthetik ezt a finomságot.
