During the week of making, baking and sharing bread in the village Pivnice, in municipality of Backa Palanka (Serbia) a Intergenerational Serbian-Slovak workshop of making bread and pastries were organized with many participants from several local organisations. Children from foster families together with representatives of the Gerontology Center, the Club of Slovak women from Pivnica, associates from Supported educational center “SEC” and associations of foster families “Safe Home” from Backa Palanka prepared, baked and shared bread and pastries. In a very pleasant atmosphere, they sang Serbian and Slovak songs and talk about old traditions of both nations who for centuries lived together in Vojvodina.

Hleb i pecivo na srpsko-slovački način
U okviru nedelje pravljenja, pečenja i podele hleba organizovana je Međugeneracijska srpsko-slovačka radionica pravljenja hleba i peciva. Deca iz hraniteljskih porodica su zajedno sa predstavnicama Gerontološkog centra, Kluba slovačkih žena iz Pivnica, saradnicima Savetodavno edukativnog centra „SEC“ i udruženja hranitelja „Siguran dom“ iz Bačke Palanke mesila, pekla i delila hleb i peciva. U vrlo prijatnoj atmosferi pevale su se srpske i slovačke pesme, te pričalo o starim običajima oba naroda koja već vekovima zajedno žive u Vojvodini.
