Aidlingen-Dachtel (D-71134)

  • The baking house in Dachtel (part of Aidlingen) was built next to the washhouse in 1838
  • It has two wood-fired ovens – they are heated up with bundles of wood
  • 20 families use the baking house up to 100 times per year
  • On the first Saturday in July, the traditional Hocketse takes place. Usually, in May there is also one and every other year before Christmas, the Dachteler Stehetse.
  • During the summer break, baking with children takes place, including the making of bundles of brushwood and heating up.
  • Mainly bread, onion tart and sweet cakes are baked.

  • Das Backhaus im Teilort Dachtel von Aidlingen wurde 1838 an das Waschhaus angebaut.
  • Es hat zwei Holzbacköfen – diese werden mit Holzbüschel beheizt.
  • 20 Familien nutzen das Backhaus bis zu 100 mal im Jahr.
  • Am ersten Samstag im Juli findet die traditionelle Hockete statt. Meistens findet im Mai auch eine statt und alle zwei Jahr kurz vor Weihnachten die Dachteler Stehetse.
  • Im Sommerferienprogramm findet Backen mit Kindern statt einschließlich Büschele machen und anheizen.
  • Hauptsächlich werden Brot, Zwiebelkuchen und süße Kuchen gebacken.
