The 2nd Fair and the 22nd Conference „Milling and Baking Days“ were held from 12nd to 14th October in „Master“ Hall at the Novi Sad Fair.
This year’s fair gathered eminent experts from the baking, milling and confectionery profession. Visitors had the opportunity to see in one place equipment, supplies, raw materials, additives, aids, laboratory, control, measurement, services, assortment. The fair was also an opportunity to obtain additional information regarding support for bakeries, flour milling, confectionery and everything else that has to do with the processing of corn and flour.
On the last day of the fair on October 14th, there was a big-school-class and workshop titled „Wheat, flour milling and bakery at a glance“ for beginners, but also for experienced bakers. Leading experts presented practical demonstrations in a simple, interesting, popular and user-friendly way to approach basic principles of milling and bakery.
